When I'm not training clients, I'm training myself—working with a bodybuilding coach and aiming to compete in 2026. I'm a soccer fan, comic nerd, movie buff, and actor. I'm married to Claire, and we have two cats and a dog. We love trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family. We recently moved back to the suburbs into my childhood home!
