Yes! Q Fitness offers small group training for individuals who want to take their workout to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Our classes are 3-5 people, one hour long, and scheduled in the morning and evening throughout the week. The drop-in fee is $30, and membership is required. Benefits include: lose weight, burn fat & calories, build strength and muscle, boost metabolism, improve endurance, and increase flexibility.

Michael Quarto is the Founder and Owner of Q Fitness and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He is a healthcare professional, a National powerlifting record holder, and has over 30 years of sports training experience. He has OVER 100,000 DOCUMENTED TRAINING HOURS SINCE 1994. His approach focuses on Motivation, Accountability, and Experienced/Applied Knowledge. He has trained many professional athletes from a variety of sports to help them prevent injury, get faster, stronger, and maintain mental toughness. He built, designed, staffed, and owned ten Training Centers and pioneered one of the first 24 hour gyms.

Our facility is fully equipped with:

• Cardio Equipment: 20 pieces including Ellipticals, Treadmills, Motorless treadmill, Recumbent bicycles, Upright spin/road bicycle, Stepper, Stairmaster Step Mill, Cybex ARC trainer, WaterRower, and SCI-Fit Isokinetic Arm bike
• Strength Training: 40 Custom Weight Machines to strengthen upper, mid, & lower body, including 6 machines specifically targeting hamstring and glutes, 10 machines for low back and abdominal strengthening and toning, 4 way neck machine, Unilateral leg press, and Hip flexion machine
• Smith Machines: (2) Cable Crossovers, Dual Smith Machine for safe bench/deadlift/squat
• Free Weights: Dumbbells from 3 pounds to 100 pounds, Apollos axel, Cambered bar, 5ft bar, and 5 different Benches
• Functional Training: 300 lb Heavy Bag, Professional Speed Bag, Slam Ropes, 300lb Tire for flipping, 4 TRXs, Jump stretch bands, Chains, Pull up bar, Kettle Bells, Body Bars, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Stability Balls, Bosu Balls, Resistance Bands, Plyometric boxes, and Speed ladders
